At Progressive Automations we take pride in the quality of our products. In order to meet our performance standards, all our products are thoroughly tested, checked and undergo rigorous quality control procedures throughout the production process and prior to being shipped to the customer.
This warranty is subject to the proper storage, handling, transportation, installation, use and maintenance of PA products by the customer.
Warranty Coverage
Progressive Automations warrants that the products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use and will conform to manufacturer’s published specifications.
If a product becomes defective during the warranty period, customer will ship the product to Progressive Automations. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and ship the product back to the customer free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover any damage sustained from:
- Incorrect installation, handling, usage and application
- Use in extremely hazardous environments
- Improper assembly (other than described in the datasheet)
Warranty will be void if products have been altered or tampered with in any way.
This warranty is limited to only the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover any additional costs.
